Programme Entry Requirements

Applicants will normally hold a 2.2 honours degree or its equivalent. Successful graduates of DIT’s Postgraduate Diploma in Third Level Learning and Teaching (or equivalent programmes) may gain entry to this programme with exemptions of up to 25 ECTS. Other applicants to the programme may also gain exemptions for up to 15 ECTS through evidence of professional practice. This is subject to agreement on a case by case basis.

 

Fees and Application 

Applications for this programme should be received by end July of the year commencing study. For DIT staff members, the fee waiver scheme applies. Applications are currently suspended until the revision of this programme has been completed. It is expected that applications will re-open in spring 2019.

Please note that an earlier closing date may be given on the Postgraduate Admissions webpages to encourage prompt applications, but places usually remain available until late July.
