Irish Journal of Academic Practice (IJAP)

The LTTC has published its own peer-reviewed open access journal, the Irish Journal of Academic Practice (IJAP) since 2012.

IJAP welcomes articles, case studies, opinion pieces, reflective pieces and reviews relating to learning, teaching, assessment and technology within higher, further and vocational education. It is our aim that IJAP will inspire, educate, and engage its readership.

Why you might like to contribute to IJAP:

  • To raise your teaching profile by outlining a case study or writing up your experiences of innovative and effective teaching or student support;
  • To share knowledge and good practice;
  • To raise awareness of a particular methodology;
  • To exercise your research and writing skills, potentially providing a springboard to publication in specialist or other peer-reviewed journals.

You can read lots more about IJAP and view all previous issues at the Arrow site.
