Mr Patrick Sutton
Patrick is Director of The Gaiety School of Acting-The National Theatre School of Ireland. He is Director of Smock Alley Theatre and has led the way in bringing this historic theatre of 1662 back to life as a resource for Dublin, Ireland and the world. A former board member of The Arts Council, The Irish Museum of Modern Art and Culture Ireland, Patrick is a board member of The Lisa Richards Agency, The Arts for Peace Foundation, Smock Alley Theatre and The Gaiety School of Acting. As a writer his Iscariot and Magdalen have toured extensively and his Butte Trilogy have received staged readings in Montana, USA. He has recently completed an MA in Screenwriting at Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology. He is Director of Communicate, a communications company working at a senior level in industry, politics and the arts.
