As well as forming links with architectural practices the Department of Architectural Technology seeks to develop an active dialogue with manufacturing companies. We frequently run sponsored projects exploring technological themes broadly related to the products and activities of particular companies. Through this practical symbiosis students apply latest building techniques to their project work, while industry provides a practical influence and real context.
