STUDENTS SOCIETY OF STUDENT ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGISTS (SSAT)

The Society of Student Architectural Technologists (SSAT) provides a focus for student life in the department. Regular social events are organised by the SSAT with students from all three years attending. Leadership is provided by the third year students who pass the batten to the second years as each academic year ends. The SSAT work closely with the ASA (Architectural Students Association) with joint events occurring throughout the year, culminating with the annual Architects' Ball.

Through regular social events the students develop friendships beyond academic interests which are at the heart of what might be called the architectural technology experience!
