The College of Business is offering five candidates a coveted place at EIA 2018. The winners of the competition will have the academy fee paid as well as flights and accommodation for the duration of the competition (total value of the award is in excess of €3,000). The process for DIT College of Business students, to making an application is listed below.

The European Innovation Academy is the world's largest entrepreneurship summer school focused on technology innovation. This scholarship presents you with an opportunity to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team and launch a new offering to the market within a 15 day period. During the academy, your team will be mentored and tutored by industry leaders, serial entrepreneurs and educators. The summer school programme mimics the live entrepreneurial process, it is strongly influenced by tried and tested Silicon Valley startup accelerators and methodologies. The summer school content is developed in cooperation with professors from universities including UC Berkeley and Stanford and also by innovative corporations such as Google, Amadeus, IBM, Samsung, Orange and Credit Agricole.


The competition is open to individual DIT undergraduate and postgraduate students registered in the College of Business, Aungier street campus. *Exceptionally, applications will be accepted for groups of students.

There will be a workshop at 1pm on Tuesday, March 6th in 5-032, 5th floor, Aungier street, to answer any questions you may have on the Lean Product Canvas.
