DIT College of Business invite you to an exclusive evening in the company of Ireland’s most respected thought leaders in the field of Design Thinking. This exclusive event aims to advance design thinking practice among our Alumni and Postgraduate Student Community through the shared experiences of a number of the foremost Irish practitioners in the field; Lesley Tully - Head of Design Thinking, Bank of Ireland, Lorna Ross – Group Director, Fjord Dublin/Accenture, Helen King – Director of Consumer Insight and Innovation, Bord Bia and Neil Sands – Founder and CEO of Fox.

The event is followed by a wine reception, giving you the opportunity to meet with the speakers, exchange ideas and enjoy thought provoking conversations with fellow attendees.

About the Speakers

LORNA ROSS- Group Director Fjord Dublin | Accenture

Lorna is Group Director at Fjord Dublin. The Fjord Studio sits within The Dock, Accenture’s multi-disciplinary research and incubation hub. Lorna has a unique role placing design at the heart of the multi-disciplinary teams working on R&D projects addressing some of the biggest challenges facing society.

LESLEY TULLY- Head of Design Thinking | Bank of Ireland

Lesley is Head of Design Thinking at Bank of Ireland; a role dedicated to helping define new market opportunities; build innovative solutions based on unmet user needs, emerging behaviours and digital technology; collaborate with start-ups and deliver the practice of Design Thinking through the organization.

NEIL SANDS- CEO | FOX

Neil is CEO and Founder of FOX, an innovative design partnership. Neil’s wealth of experience spans projects with companies such as Salesforce, Disney, Coca-Cola, JP Morgan Chase, LiveNation / TicketMaster and Bank Of America. He is also a published author and regular contributor on emergent thinking in innovation, mobile, design and cloud technology.

HELEN KING- Director of Consumer Insight & Innovation | Bord Bia

Helen is the Director of Consumer Insight at Bord Bia – The Irish Food Board. Helen leads a team of seasoned professionals that work with companies ranging from artisan start-ups to multinationals to develop innovative strategies that build resilient brands and enable commercial success. She has also helped guide Ireland's global reputation as a premium food and drink supplier.
