Students are trained, guided and supported by educators and business leaders, as well as using their innovative and creative energies to positively change the lives of others, students also develop the leadership, interpersonal and practical skills necessary for the workplace.

As part of the Enactus programme, an annual national competition takes place where students from Ireland's top Universities showcase their social entrepreneurial projects. Each year, a national champion goes on to represent Ireland at the prestigious Enactus World Cup, this year DCU were the lucky team chosen to present their project and go head-to-head with 35 other countries.

The remaining universities of Enactus Ireland united together as Team Ireland for the Enactus World Cup. As part of the Irish delegation, DIT students are working on various project session and workshops while also providing information on the work of Enactus Ireland to attendees. In particular, Jeff Otengo will chair the world culture fair committee and is tasked with writing a blog on his experience.

Best of Luck from DIT College of Business.
