Emergencies
The DIT Student Counselling Service is not an emergency service. We can however offer a small number of urgent 30 minute appointments each day. These are for students who feel they need to speak with a counsellor urgently, and cannot wait for a regular appointment. This is not a drop-in service, and these sessions need to be booked on the same day; usually it is best to contact us early in the day to book an urgent appointment. Please note that these appointments are kept for people having urgent difficulties; if you feel you can wait to see a counsellor, please leave these sessions open to others in greater need. The receptionist can be contacted from 9 to 5 at 402 3352.
