A very stressful time for many students. You may get anxious, even panicky at times, either because you feel you have started revising too late, or simply because you are afraid you might not be in best form on the day. You may feel overworked and overtired – you may not sleep or eat properly, because you are too stressed out, or because you feel you haven’t got the time. You may find that you are irritable and short tempered – you may find yourself arguing either at home, or with your friends in college who are equally stressed out.
