DIT Accommodation

General Information

Welcome to this brief guide on accommodation options available to you if you are considering coming to college with us here at the Technological University Dublin.  You are joining TU Dublin at a very exciting time. Over the next few years the TU Dublin City Campus will be merging onto one location at the TU Dublin Grangegorman Campus.  This will be joined with the TU Dublin Blanchardstown Campus and TU Dublin Tallaght Campus.  This will offer students the unique experience of studying at a newly developed third level University.

The new TU Dublin Grangegorman campus will provide student residencies on site.  The student residences will offer a range of housing formats from 6 bed and 3 bed apartments to private studio/family units.  Ground level spaces for dining, social and study lounges, and related shops serve to activate the Serpentine Walk on the south side, and St. Brendan’s on the north side.

Please note that TU Dublin can only provide advice and information on accommodation.  We cannot source accommodation for individual students.  All accommodation contracts are between the accommodation provider and the student.

Campus Style Accommodation

For many people, coming to college means living away from home for the first time. We understand that you would like to live in a place that is clean, modern, comfortable, safe, not too expensive, within easy reach of all your activities and preferably with other students who share the same lifestyle as your own.  Depending on your circumstances and/or preferences you may chose campus style or private rented accommodation.

Current TU Dublin students can register with their student email address and gain access to the site straight away.

Perspective students, if you have not received your student email address yet you can register using your personal email.  Please note that using your personal email addresses requires approval which may take some time.

Once registered, students have access to:
