SWUITE Student Accommodation, Grangegorman, Dublin 7.

SWUITE Grangegorman is a bran new property. Completed in 2018, this state-of-the-art accommodation is purpose built for students.  Located only four minutes walk to DIT Grangegorman and 500 metres from the Luas Green and Red lines, it is perfectly located for all DIT City Centre locations.

SWUITE is now open for bookings for the 2018/19 Academic year. Prices start from €190 per week.

Fresh Student Living, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7.

A 13 minute walk to Dublin Institute of Technology Grangegorman and Bolton Street, Blackhall Place is located in the hip neighbourhood of Stoneybatter, with a variety of fashionable restaurants, shops and bars right on your doorstep and with great links and access the city centre.

Located in the heart of the city, this accommodation is suitable for all DIT Campuses. There are a range of apartment styles on offer, with some starting at €210 per week.

Hazelwood Student Apartments, Northwood, Santry, Dublin 9

These apartments which opened in September 2016 are situated just off Thomas St and are close to all DIT campuses.  This building has excellent facilities including gym, laundrette, large courtyard, bike storage, study room and a common room. 

All cluster apartments have single bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.  All bedrooms are very modern and furnished to a high standard with ample storage and study space.

Students share a modern well equipped kitchen and living room with plenty of room for each student to store their fresh and frozen foods.

The building uses a secure electronic key system and is fitted with CCTV. There is 24 hour staff support should you have any questions, problems or maintenance issues.

All utilities, including use of gym and super-fast broadband are included in the rental cost.

LIV Student, 27-31 Church St, Dublin 7

LIV STUDENT is new to the market for 2019/20 and is located very close to Grangegorman and Bolton St campuses. It is also close to the city centre, Temple Bar and Smithfield areas.

At LIV all rooms are ensuite and there is a wide range of rooms to choose from including some twin rooms.  All rooms are very modern and spacious with ample storage and study space. Students share a modern well equipped kitchen with each fridge freezer catering for 2 people. Utility bills, broadband and use of gym facilities included in the rental cost. You can pay your rent up front at the beginning of the academic year or in 4 seperate instalments.

The National College of Ireland Student Accommodation, Mayor St, IFSC, Dublin 1

The National College of Ireland's purpose built state-of-the-art campus is located in the heart of Dublin's Financial Services Centre. The student accommodation consists of 53 apartments offering a total of 286 separate study bedrooms. The apartments vary in size from 3 to 8 bedroom study units each having ensuite toilet and shower facilities.
