The College of Sciences and Health are very happy to announce that the 1st issue of the International Journal of Food Studies, the Official Journal of the ISEKI_Food Association, has been issued and is available to view here . This is the first issue of a new peer reviewed journal that is focussed on both basic research and pedagogical research.
