Tomas O Durcain

Tomas O Durcain is a 4th year student of the DIT B Mus degree programme. He began playing the electric guitar at 14 before switching to classical at 17 when he started studying with Michael O’Toole at the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama. Tomas has been commended in many competitions both nationally and has participated in masterclasses and lessons with respected guitarists such as John Mills, Ray Burley and Graham Anthony Devine. He is currently a performing member of the Dublin Guitar Quartet.
