Based in the Bolton Street Campus, the Department of Construction Management and Technology is part of the School of Construction. The Department currently provides a range of programmes of study in construction technology for over 260 students. The department is continuing to undergo undergoing a significant upgrading of existing courses with a view to developing a range of educational and research programmes to cater for the professional development needs of Construction Management and Technology professionals.
