Interior and Furniture Design Students visit Milan Design Festival

DIT Interior and Furniture Design students with tutors Neville Knott and John Walsh once again took off to Milan for the famous Milan Design Festival from the 4th to the 6th of April. They took in a host of events visiting the  Salone Internazionale del Mobile, Zona Tortona and Ventura Lambrate.

DIT was well represented at the festival with Furniture Design graduate Orla Reynolds selected to exhibit as part of SaloneSatellite's "20 Years of New Creativity" while a chair designed by Brazilian student Dimitrih Correa while on exchange at DIT was part of the Be Brazil exhibition at the University of Milan.
