Amanda Moynihan, PhD Student
Amanda Moynihan is currently completing her PhD at Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) which investigates the influence of institutional type on the impact of changes in Irish higher education on faculty work-life.
Since completing her Masters degree in Philosophy in University College Dublin (UCD) in 2006, Amanda has worked on a number of higher education research projects including:
- the impact of League Tables and Ranking Systems on Strategic Planning in Higher Education Institutions for a project in association with the Institute of Higher Education Policy (IHEP) and Lumina Foundation (US);
- the European Centre for Strategic Management of Universities’ (ESMU) National Report on Curricular Reform;
- Amanda was the national correspondent for the Career Development in Higher Education Management: Analysis of European Models (CHE, CHEPS, ESMU).
