Career History:

For the first part of 1978 he worked as a Baker and confectioner at Thunders Home Bakery in Drumcondra. From Christmas of 1978 he worked as a Baker Confectioner for K C Hot Shops, Moore St. whilst also attending the National Bakery School in Kevin St. C O T. After receiving a Diploma in Bakery Production and Management in 1981 was appointed Confectionery Manager at K C Hot Shops. In 1982 was appointed Production Manager and later Bakery Manager until August 1985.
