|Rathmines House Room Guide
The Rathmines House campus is home to many DIT administrative offices including the International office, Human Resources, and Admissions. Several meeting rooms of varying sizes are available for staff use. All meeting rooms have a large HD Television display with a PC, DVD, and VHS player. PC laptop connectivity is also provided through a standard VGA connection. Mac users must provide their own personal VGA adaptor to use all meeting room technology. Polycom video conferencing equipment is installed in room 3 only. Wi-fi and wired ethernet connectivity is available throughout the building.

All room bookings are made through the online room booking system or CMIS.
About the Meeting Rooms:
Rooms 2/3 are modular spaces that can be separated into 2 medium sized meeting spaces or combined into one large space. Each side of the room contains its own display screen as well as separate PCs, DVD/VHS players, and wireless keyboards and mice. Laptop connectivity is available through a separate VGA connection. Room 3 is also equipped with a Polycom Voice and Video Conferencing centre, which includes overhead microphones, HD webcam, and high speed VOIP connection.
Room 4 and 6
Room 4 and room 6 are small meeting spaces that seat up to 5. Each room contains a display screen, PC, DVD/VHS player, and wireless keyboard and mouse. Laptop connectivity is available through a separate VGA connection.
Room 5 and 7
Room 5 and room 7 are medium sized meeting spaces that seat 8-12 depending on chair configuration. Each room contains a display screen, PC, DVD/VHS player, and wireless keyboard and mouse.Laptop connectivity is available through a separate VGA connection.
