Course Aim:

This programme is for all who have Management roles in DIT.  The aims of the course are to identify and develop skills to:

  • Recognise and deal with Uncertainty
  • Understand what change may look like within the Organisation
  • Respond to change positively
  • Lead and support staff through change

The programme will be tailored to meet the specific needs of the participants.  These needs will be identified through pre-training analysis and consultation.
