Leadership Development in DIT

Managers play a critical role in the delivery of the Institute’s strategic goals, policies and procedures and play an important role in how employees experience their work. Staff Development is committed to providing Leadership Development to support our Heads and Assistant Heads of School, Managers and Principle Investigators, to effectively lead their People, Schools, Departments and Projects.

Through the DIT Leadership Development Programme and the Aurora Leadership Development Programme for Women, Staff Development is supporting the growth of leadership and management competencies in the Institute.
