Staff Development are pleased to offer an annual week long Workplace Wellbeing Programme - a week dedicated to the wellbeing of DIT Staff. Workshops are offered in a wide range of topics, including Stress Management, Building Resilience, Healthy Eating. Skills to improve work life such as Supporting Students in Distress, to name but a few. The event will run from the 9th to the 13th April 2018 (to tie in with National Workplace Wellbeing at Work Day)
