The DIT Foundation Board recently approved a change in financial year from Jan-Dec to Sept-Aug hence the shorter audit for the 2016 period. 

Accounts are externally audited by Anne Brady McQuillans DFK and prepared in accordance with the charity SORP standard of accountability and transparency.
