DIT Affinity Credit Cards

The support of graduates, staff and friends is vital to ensuring the best educational experience for all our students. A simple and cost-effective way to support DIT and our commitment to make third level education as accesible as possible is through a DIT Affinity Credit Card.

When you sign up for a DIT Affinity Credit Card, DIT receives an initial financial contribution. As you continue to use the card, DIT receives a percentage of the annual spend on your card. These contributions are at no additional cost to you, but are of significant benefit to DIT.

DIT Affinity Credit Cards are available AIB*. Graduates, staff and friends of DIT are eligible to apply.

*Since July 2014 Bank of Ireland no longer offer DIT Affinity Scheme.

As a DIT Graduate or Supporter AIB offer you a special VISA card, issued exclusively to DIT graduates, staff and friends.

Why choose the DIT Affinity Credit Card?

When you become a DIT credit card holder, AIB will make a contribution of €12.70 to the DIT Foundation. They will also donate a percentage of the annual spend on your card to DIT Foundation and all at no cost to you and without disclosing any of your confidential account details.

Bank of Ireland Affinity Cards

From July 2014 Bank of Ireland will no longer be offering a DIT Affinity Card scheme. The bank have written to all customers concerned notifying them of the change.

DIT would like to thank all of the Bank of Ireland Affintiy Card holders for their support over the past number of years. The funds raised through affinity cards have helped to improve access to education at DIT.
