ARUP supports research at DIT Grangegorman

The Central Quad at DIT Grangegorman will be funded by PPP
DIT Foundation are delighted to announce that global engineering consultancy Arup are supporting a scholarship opportunity at DIT Grangegorman.
DIT is currently recruiting for the Arup-DIT Grangegorman Scholar to research The Client’s Role in pre-procurement of a Public Private Partnership.
At present, DIT is undertaking a 270,000m2 development to bring all of its activities onto a single campus at Grangegorman Dublin 7. This will be achieved over a 10 year period using numerous procurement methods. Given that DIT has a significant College of Engineering and Built Environment and the sheer scale of the project, it is no exaggeration to state that the Grangegorman project could effectively become Europe’s largest living laboratory for Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Construction researchers during the period from 2013 to 2023.
We would like to extend our great thanks for Arup for their support of research at DIT. If you are interested in learning more about the Arup-DIT Grangegorman Scholarship please click here.
