DIT Societies Office Hosts BICS Forum

DIT Societies Office hosted the Board of Irish Colleges Societies (BICS) Annual Forum in Dublin last week. The Forum, which includes representatives from the Institutes of Technology, Colleges and Universities across Ireland, met to prepare a three-year strategy for BICS.

DIT Foundation, assisted with the Forum by delivering a presentation on fundraising and sponsorship tips for college societies.

Societies are an integral part of college life in DIT

BICS Annual Awards Night takes place on 21st April in NJUI Galway. The awards recognise the dedication of the students who run societies and celebrate the importance and value that these societies contribute to college life in Ireland.
