Donor Report - Investing in the Future
DIT Foundation is delighted to publish our 2016 Donor Impact Report.
The philanthropic gifts received in 2016 contribute to DIT in many ways including helping to deliver a state-of-the-art campus at Grangegorman, supporting DIT to develop new and innovative programmes, scholarships to support deserving students and donations of cutting edge equipment which assist students to acquire professional knowledge and experience. As always the DIT community is very grateful for the support of all our donors.
The stories in the report could not be told without the generosity of our donors – many of whom are giving to DIT for the first time.
Philanthropy has a key role to play in leveraging funds and enhancing the resources that can be offered to future generations of students and DIT Foundation is committed to demonstrating the unique culture of DIT and unlocking the power of private support to the Institute.
This year we have also profiled many of the great alumni gatherings we had the pleasure to arrange and attend in 2016. From Chicago to London and back to Grangegorman we met graduates from as far back as the 1950s and from across the wide range of disciplines taught at DIT.
