Biography

Sonya Meekel is a Lecturer in Construction Management at DIT, College of Engineering and Built Environment where she specialises in Sustainable Build and Design, Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety and People Management. Sonya has extensive industry experience having worked as a Consultant Engineer and as Project Manager for within the Construction sector for numerous years. She is also a very active in the areas of Management and Training for International projects along with current research and development of Energy Efficiency of modern techniques for Retrofitting and Sustainability.
