EFONET: energy foresight network
The main focus of EFONET FP7 project is on the organisation of a structured discussion platform on energy foresight, to facilitate the effective achievement of the consolidation and diffusion of existing knowledge, notably by actively facilitating the circulation of and discussion on the state of the art methodologies, tools and research results and the promotion of the collaboration and the exchange of experiences between policy makers, researchers, operators, other end users and stakeholders, in order to facilitate the achievement of consensus
and the uptake of research results in policy formulation and implementation.
