The Food Innovation Lab at DIT offers skills and expertise in food and beverage product development, opening up the cutting-edge facilities and research expertise in DIT to companies.
Responding to the needs of industry, we specialise in new product development, nutritional and safety assessments, ingredient development and sensory analysis. We can provide new product ideas, help you troubleshoot technical issues, or provide training and advice with regards to food safety and allergens.
Our goal is to help your company enhance, and contribute to, the world-class reputation of the Irish Food and Drink sector.
