Q. Why was the DIT Graduate Network established?
The Graduate Network was launched in 1997 as a networking association for former DIT students.

Q. Why should I join the Graduate Network?
The Network is a useful resource for networking and staying in touch with others who have shared the DIT experience.  Members are also entitled to a range of benefits, including:

Q. How do I join the Network?
Just complete our online registration form. Once your application has been processed, your membership will be confirmed by email. 

Q. Is there a membership fee?
No.

Q. How do members obtain a discount on Part Time Undergraduate Courses?
Members must provide proof of membership* when registering for their course. To obtain your proof, email us your request, which must include your name, date of birth and graduation year, and we'll forward on your proof.  To claim your discount you will need to present this to the relevant Student Service Centre.

Q. How do members gain access to the DIT Libraries?
Network members are entitled to free reference access and discounts on external readership at any DIT Library on the production of a Graduate Network Library Card.  These cards can be obtained from the Student Service Centres listed below, where on the production of proof of membership*, your photo will be taken and you will be issued with your card.

Q. What accesses are members entitled to in the DIT Libraries?
On the production of a Graduate Network Library card, members are entitled to free reference access at any DIT Library.  The card also entitles holders to a €20 reduction on the €60 fee to join the Library as an External Reader. Please note, for reasons beyond our control, online access and WI-FI access are not included in the above.

Q. How do members join the Fit2Go Gym and Pool Facilities? 
To join the Fit2Go gym and pool facilities, Network members require a Graduate Network membership card. These cards can be obtained from the Student Service Centres listed below, where on the production proof of membership*, your photo will be taken and you will be issued with your card. Q. How do I obtain a copy of my Exam Results (Transcript) or a Certificate of Attendance?
If you require a copy of your exams results or a certificate of attendance, please contact the Exams Office in the DIT Campus you attended.

Q. How do I obtain a replacement Parchment?
If you require a replacement parchment, please contact Student Services.

Q. How do I find out what level my DIT qualification is equivalent to in the National Framework of Qualifications?

Q. How do I obtain my Class List?
If you require a copy of your class list, please contact the Student Service Office in the DIT Campus you attended. Please note, that as the information held is under the provision of the Data Protection Act 2003, we will provide a list of former classmates names but not contact details. 

Q. Will my contact details be made available to Third Parties?
No. The information held on the Graduate Network database is under the provision of the Data Protection Act 2003, and as such, information supplied is treated in the strictest confidence and used for DIT purposes only.

Q. Can I opt out of any Mailing Programes?
Yes. You can opt out of any mailing program by contacting the Graduate Network Office by phone, by email or in writing.
