Module Description

This module describes the aims, objectives, teaching and learning strategies and unit headings for an undergraduate course in core hospitality law for future hospitality management professionals. The module deals with selected permissions needed to establish a hospitality business and also with selected rules governing the operation of a hospitality business, particularly as they affect customers.

Module Aims

The aim of the module is to build awareness of the legal dimension to management activity in the hospitality industry.
