The National Hygiene Partnership (NHP) were celebrating 20 years in business this year. As part of the celebrations they launched the Food Safety Management 'Student of the Year' Award. Niamh McNally, a student on the Higher Certificate Programme was chosen as one of the finalists for the award. The exam process is set by the NHP and all exams and projects are marked by them as part of the criteria for the award. Niamh scored 92% in her final exams and projects. Unfortunately Niamh narrowly missed out on the top spot!
The five nominees were presented with their certificates by Minister Leo Varadkar in the Aviva stadium as he launched the NHP National Seminar.
