DIT Hothouse to Sponsor DIT Kevin Street Project Fair 2014

DIT Hothouse will once again be sponsoring the DIT Kevin Street Project Fair taking place on Wednesday 9th April 2014.

Students from the DIT School of Computing, the School of Electronic and Communications Engineering, and the School of Electrical Engineering Systems at DIT Kevin Street will exhibit their project work to an audience of industry guests.

DIT Hothouse will sponsor a €1,000 prize for the “Project with most commercial potential”. Competitors will also be invited to submit their proposals for the DIT Inventor Competition 2014.The main sponsor for this event, Ocuco Software Limited, will once again sponsor the Best Project prize, worth €5,000 to the winner.

The Project Fair is a great opportunity for students and industry representatives to engage and to discuss projects undertaken by students as part of their studies at DIT Kevin Street.
