Joint venture
Hothouse will negotiate the terms of any joint ventures including the license or assignment of IP. The agreement and its justification will be presented by Hothouse to the Enterprise Committee for approval and signature by the Director of Finance. Very often the right solution is to form a joint venture with an established company that has a channel to market and a client base ready for the technology.
