Welcome to the Pension Section
Our pension scheme is the Education Sector Superannuation Scheme. This is a defined benefit scheme. It is a non funded public sector superannuation scheme. The scheme is regulated by the Department of Education & Science and administered by the Pension Section of Dublin Institute of Technology.
As part of our process of continuous improvement the pension section has undertaken a number of initiatives to improve the standard of service we provide. The Pension Section will endeavour to answer all queries as quickly as possible. However the length of time it takes to deal with a query will depend on the availability of verifiable records and the complexity of the calculations involved.
