Fixed Term Workers Act:

The Protection of Employee’s (Fixed Term Work) Act was enacted on 14th July 2003. For a full copy of the Act please download it here.

In the case of Pro-rata Part time and Hourly Paid Part Time staff yearly renewal is reviewed every May / June.

A presentation is made to Faculty Executive in relation to the procedures for the coming academic session.

Appointment Forms must be completed for all those staff for who a contract renewal is required.
