CEO / Sponsor Series
The programme includes two one-day workshops for the CEOs or senior level colleagues in participating companies. Where the CEO is the participant he/she should nominate a senior colleague with a strategic interest in sales to attend. The objective is to provide a roadmap to managing sales from the strategic and process standpoint. It facilitates senior management support of the tools and processes as implemented by colleagues attending the Executive Series. These workshops are timed such that support occurs early on in the programme and to ensure the maximum return on investment for the company as a result of their participation.
