Dublin Institute of Technology's IT Network [DITNET] has evolved to meet the growing needs of all of the Institute's User Groups in the last decade. Today DITNET features high capacity backbone connectivity to all major designated sites delivering high speed internet services to support the research, academic and administrative functions of the Institute.

The network is a hybrid of Fibre, Microwave Radio and Memotec technologies.
