Visiting Students

  • Students visiting from other colleges and institutions will need a letter of introduction from their own college library. This will give you access for one day to the TU Dublin City Campus library you wish you visit.
  • For details on how to get a letter of introduction, ask the librarian in your own college library.

ALCID members: TU Dublin City Campus Library is a member of the ALCID scheme. All ALCID members are welcome to use our libraries for study and research. Just bring your current ALCID card and student card with you when visiting one of the TU Dublin City Campus libraries.

SCONUL members are also welcome to visit any of the TU Dublin City Campus libraries. For details on accessing the SCONUL scheme, ask a librarian in your own college library.

Visiting Staff

  • Staff members from other colleges and institutions who are members of the SCONUL and ALCID schemes are welcome to use the TU Dublin City Campus libraries.
  • You may also visit with a letter of introduction from the library in your own institution.
