How to add individual students to your Webcourses module.
You need to have the student number and the student needs to already exist in the webcourses global database (i.e. exist in webcourses even if he / she doesn't have access to a particular webcourses module).
1. Log in to the relevant webcourses module
2. Click on the "teach" tab
3. From "instructor tools" on the lower left of the screen select "Grade Book"
4. One of the options on the "Grade Book" screen is "Enrol Members". Click this.
5. User Name = student number. Tick "Student" and click "Enrol". If the student exists in the Global webcourses database you will be able to give him / her access. If the student doesn't appear to exist you'll need to contact a member of eLearning Support.
