Webcourses runs in the Blackboard 9.1 environment. Blackboard have made a full suite of training resources available, which give a good overview of the tools, how to use them and also the rationale for using them. Just be aware of some minor differences in terminology. e.g modules  (DIT) = courses (Blackboard). Below is a selection of LTTC and Blackboard created supports for webcourses
