Certificate in Chinese Business Studies (Ocean University Qingdao, China)

Experience:

Prior to joining the College of Business, Claudia was Principal Researcher and Manager of the full-time MSc in Supply Chain Management at the National Institute for Transport and Logistics (NITL). Prior to joining NITL, she has worked with multinational companies on several industry-based research and consultancy projects in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Finland, USA and Germany.

Claudia’s research expertise and interest covers ICT strategies and implementation challenges, with particular emphasis on B2B e-Marketplace diffusion in the transport industry and its impact on competitiveness and performance. Her research interests further include procurement strategies in an SCM context, the design of sustainable supply chain configurations as well as transport policy and regulation.
