Apply now for MSc programmes fulltime or part-time
23rd February 2012: The School of Real Estate and Construction Economics in DIT invites applications for four MSc programmes that will be of particular interest to those with qualifications or relevant experience in construction-related areas. The programmes offer an opportunity to upskill and to adapt your current qualifications and skills to new and emerging market demands.

- The MSc Quantity Surveying is designed as a ‘conversion’ programme to enable graduates of other disciplines to qualify as a surveyor. It is a part-time programme – details are available here.
- The MSc Real Estate is also a conversion programme and provides an opportunity for non-property graduates to become educated in real estate valuation, appraisal and investment – details available here.
- The MSc Applied Construction Cost Management has been developed in response to demand for further qualification for surveyors, building their specialisation in construction cost management, especially of the building services and civil engineering work. Details are available here.
- The MSc Construction Informatics will be of particular interest to those qualified in architecture, engineering and construction and will give students an indepth understanding of how existing technologies can be more efficiently applied throughout the construction process, from inception of design to completion and management of facilities.
