Challenge of Diversity - conference on teaching and learning
The 4th Annual Conference on Teaching and Learning in Higher Education will take place in NUI Galway on 8-9 June 2006. The theme of the conference will be 'The Challenge of Diversity - Teaching, Support and Student Learning', and DIT will be co-hosting the conference with NUI Galway, with NUI Maynooth. The programme will focus on the key issues of student diversity and how approaches to teaching, learning and assessment can take into account an increasingly diverse student population. The emphasis will be on practical, real world solutions based on international experience and best practice.
