DIT to host two-day Summer Course on July 10/11th for students who have just completed the Junior Certificate

What: "Infinity Project" - learning that maths and science can be fun!

Why: The Infinity Project is all about linking mathematics and science to modern digital technology e.g. ... MP3s, mobile phones, the internet etc. Over the two days students will learn how to turn a computer into a digital orchestra, to send messages using secret codes, to turn a computer into a mobile phone, to create special effects for sound and films... and many more fun applications

Where: Dublin Institute of Technology, Kevin Street, Dublin 8

When: Monday, 10th July - Tuesday, 11th July from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

Fee: Free

Course Suitable for: Fifteen year olds (or students who have just completed the Junior Cert. curriculum).
