The School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology, DIT invites you to find out more about this innovative new masters programme. Commencing September 2006, this programme will be offered on both a full and part-time basis.
Modules include Gastronomy and Culture, New Food Business Creation, Technology and Innovation, Food Prototype Development and Evaluation.
