24th November – availability of services in DIT
As a consequence of the national day of industrial action by unions representing the public sector, the following limited facilities will be available in DIT on Tuesday 24th November:
- Administrative offices at 143 Lr Rathmines Road will be open from 9 am to 5pm, providing limited services.
- The main Bolton Street campus building will open from 9 am to 5 pm. While students with valid DIT student cards may access common areas on the ground floor, including the cafeteria, other areas of the building will not be accessible.
- The Aungier Street campus building will open from 9 am to 5 pm. Students with valid DIT student cards may access the common areas on the ground floor, including the cafeteria. Other facilities will not be available. The Student Health Centre will be open for EMERGENCY cases only and will not be taking appointments.
All other locations will be closed and will re-open to provide normal services on Wednesday 25th November. We apologise for the inconvenience this disruption may cause.
