New National Student Enterprise Competition Launched at DIT

A new National Student Enterprise Competition was recently launched in DIT by Denis O'Brien. The competition is sponsored by Newstalk 106 and supported by the Irish Times, and by INTRE (Ireland's Network of Teachers and Researchers in Entrepreneurship). The competition, which is based on case studies, is designed to foster a spirit of enterprise, and to develop students' business and management skills. The competition is open to teams of full-time undergraduate students in Institutes of Technology across the country. Each team will consist of four students, selected by the students themselves. Team members can be from any year and from any faculty.
