Exciting events for Science Week at DIT

National Science Week starts next week, on 08 November, and as usual the College of Sciences and Health at DIT has organised an exciting programme of events aimed at second level students. This year's programmes includes talks and demonstrations with intriguing titles such as "Vampires and Chemistry", "The Physics of Martial Arts" and "An Insider's View of the China Space Programme".

Events run all week and the Kevin Street campus will welcome groups of students from secondary schools all over Dublin and further afield.

Monday 8th November

“Physics Makes You Better”
Demonstration lecture exploring the role of Physics in Medicine
